The growth of smartphones and the decline in PCs have become visibly noticeable.Last year in 2012, the number of smartphone shipments was 710 million units, exceeding 350 million units of PCs (Figure 1).The tablet terminal was 128.3 million units, but this year it is expected to be 200 million units, exceeding the number of notebook PC shipments in 2014.In addition, the number of PC shipments from the same month of the previous year was 13 from the same month in the January -March 2013 quarter of this year..It was 9 % down to 76.29 million units, the largest decline in the US research company IDC in 1994, when statistics began.
