　On July 29, an open campus "Gaming PC Boot Camp" was held at Tokyo Anime and Voice Actor College.

　This event was held for high school students who are interested in the school's e-sports course "E-Sports Professional Gamer World" and students who are enrolled in the course, and are a professional gamer with both knowledge and practice.It explains the circumstances surrounding the related gaming PC in an easy -to -understand manner.

　"E-Sports Professional Gamer World" is Japan's first E-Sports Course, which has attracted a lot of attention.The event was sponsored by MSI, and many young people aiming for the e -sports industry gathered, making it a lively event.

E -sports battle and VR experience workshops are popular

　This event consisted of a workshop where you can actually experience games and equipment, and lectures by Katsumi Ejiri, the representative of the professional gaming team "DETONATOR", Katsuaki Kato, a technical writer, and Toshiya Takahashi.First of all, I will introduce the workshop.

YamatoN選手ワークショップは3種類あり、2つの部屋に分かれて行なわれていた

　The workshops had three types of workshops: e -sports match with professional gamers, VR experiences using HTC's high -performance VR HMD "VIVE", and video card replacement experiences, and was divided into two rooms.

　Among them, the most popular is E -Sports.In this battle, the famous professional gamer "YAMATON" belonging to Detonator can play against the popular game "Overwatch". Students who remember the skills of the game gathered and fought with YAMATON.Some of the students of the "General Professional Gamer" who are aiming to be a professional gamer, and some players have won YAMATON.The match was held in the game room, but high -performance gaming PCs and gaming devices are lined up in the room, which will be the best environment for students aiming for the e -sports industry.

DeToNatorのプロゲーマー「YamatoN」氏とのOverwatch対戦会の様子。プロゲーマーを目指すコースの学生だけあり、YamatoN氏に勝利するプレイヤーもいた対戦は、ゲーミングノートPCを用いて行なわれたが、その様子が観客にも見えるように外部ディスプレイが用意されていた対戦の様子を熱心に見守る参加者達。華麗なプレイに、ときおり歓声もあがっていた同校のゲーム室には、ロジクールやRazerのゲーミングキーボードやマウス、左手コントローラー、ヘッドセットなどが揃っている

VR体験コーナーでは、HTCの「Vive」が2セット用意されており、全部で3種類のゲームを体験することができたこちらは「Fruits Ninja」をプレイしているところ。両手のコントローラーの動きがそのままゲームに反映されるVR体験コーナーで使われていたMSIのゲーミングPC「Aegis」。VRシステムのために開発されたゲーミングPCだVR体験コーナーで使われていたMSIのゲーミングPC「Vortex G65」。コンパクトだが、高性能なマシンだ高橋氏が、ビデオカードスカード換装の実演を行なっていた

司会進行を務めたDOS/V POWERT REPORT編集長の佐々木修司氏最初に主催者を代表して、MSIの三好正行氏が挨拶を行なったDeToNator代表の江尻氏が、1限目の講義を行なった

　The lecture for this event was divided into three periods, and the first period was a lecture by Progming Team Detonator, Masaru Ejiri.

　After talking about his career, Ejiri first sent a sincere advice to the professional gamers and young people who aim for the e -sports industry.What I want to convey to young people in particular is, "Watch out for adults who are approaching good stories. "At the end of the lecture, there was a time for questions and answers, and participants asked various questions.

　In the second period, technical writer Katsuaki Kato gave a lecture entitled "If you become a professional, you want to know, the contents and mechanism of the gaming PC -PC edition."For the second and third periods, we plan to introduce the contents of presentations in detail in another article, so here is a brief introduction.

　Mr. Kato first explained the definition of a gaming PC and explained the benefits of gaming PC professional gamers.He revealed which part is important in the PC specifications, and explained the required video card classes, giving specific gaming names.

　Mr. Takahashi first explained the definition of his own PC and his merits and disadvantages, and asked the participants how they had their own PC's self -made experience, and about 10 people raised their hands.There seemed to be more self -made than expected, and Takahashi was a little surprised.Later, he explained specifications that are important on gaming PCs and recommended products for each main part, such as CPU, motherboard, and video cards.At the end of the lecture, Takahashi explained that even after retiring from a professional gamer, there were various roads beyond.

　After the end of the event, when I asked the participants, "I already knew it, but the explanation of those who knew the latest situation in the industry was easy to understand and became useful" (current student).The story of the Detonator national team was interesting (current student), "I was happy to be able to play against a famous professional gamer" (current student), "It was a little difficult, but I learned" (high school student).It is returned and the participants seemed to have high satisfaction.

　These events are a very unique attempt, but it seems to be a very meaningful event for current students and high school students who are interested in the E-Sports Professional Gamer World Course.
