Infineon Technology Co., Ltd. released SoC "AIROC CYW30739" corresponding to the smart home connection standard "Matter" in December 2021. The combination of Bluetooth LE and IEEE802.15.4 protocol allows seamless and secure communication between smart home products.

The AIROC CYW30739 is equipped with low-power wireless RF, providing rugged and hard-to-disconnect RF performance. Supports long-distance Bluetooth and multi-protocol connections, and the reception sensitivity is Bluetooth LE-95.5dBm,IEEE802.15.4-103.5dBm. Equipped with a "Arm Cortex-M4" microcomputer and floating-point unit operating at 96 MHz, it provides flash memory, RAM, ROM and colorful storage systems.
