 When compared to other companies, we think that our strengths are diligent and ambitious.Unlike other Asian companies, we are inviting human resources from various countries and being used in management.I think it will be a strength in the future.

 We will talk about the secrets of success, but we are not greedy.We share profits with partner companies so that they can make money.The partner here is not only a supplier, but also the field of production, manufacturing, and retail, so that both can be successful in business.So, we may look low, but this will lead to long -term development.

 It is very difficult to overtake rivals in the industry.You have to make it a brand that is trusted by consumers, you have to do channels and services firmly, always produce innovative products and give out superiority.It is most important to release new products that are better than rivals and like consumers.

――Most Japanese manufacturers move their shaft feet to B2B.How about Huawei?

 日本の企業がB2Bをやっていくのであれば、我々はB2Cをやっていきます。むしろB2Bに力を入れる日本の企業と一緒に、グローバルに進出していきたいですね。

 B2C is certainly a difficult field, and you have to do various areas, such as marketing, branding, channels, and retail.If the country is different, the culture is different.You need to understand that and think about an approach that touches the consumer's cord.In my Huawei life, I worked on B2B for 18 to 19 years, but since I moved to B2C, the difficulty increased at a stretch.

――In Japan, we are expanding your career business.On the other hand, the US market has not been pioneered.What do you think of this point?

 We are based in China, but they are not Chinese companies, but global companies.60 % of the annual sales are from China and above, and our employees, management and sales bases are also distributed in various places.As a global company, we are trying to incorporate excellent human resources from each country.

 Huawei has been established for 30 years, but I have been in this company for 25 years.At the time of joining the company, it was just a small and medium -sized business, but I was aiming for a global company from the beginning.I didn't have a deep relationship with the governments and organizations in some countries, and there would be no future.

 The management method is also very modern, and when developing business in each country, we always deploy in the law and culture of the country.We want to be a respected company in that country.

 No matter which country you enter, you will not be deeply involved in politics, and our main business is a business.I think it is important to do products and services that should be done well.

―― In addition to smartphones and tablets, you have put out laptops and expand your business. What are you thinking about the next move?
