"Photo Panel 02" is a digital photo frame (electronic photo frame) equipped with a communication function. Compared to the previous model, there is no limit on the number of units sold, and the display size has increased to 9 inches (800 x 480 dots). Manufactured by Huawei Japan, you can receive e-mails with photos from mobile phones and personal computers, including other carriers, and display the photos. You can also access the dedicated site and upload (up to 5) photos from your computer and display them. The built-in memory is 256MB, and about 800 photos of about 300KB can be saved. Even if you try to send a photo after reaching the memory limit, it will not be received. It also has an SDHC card slot (up to 8GB), so even if you remove the FOMA card (USIM card), you can play back photos recorded in the internal memory or SD card.

The size is about 177 x 263 x 28 mm (the thickest part is about 39 mm), and the weight is 696 g for white and 686 g for black. Images that can be played are JPEG, BMP, and GIF. If you send an email with text (maximum 1080 full-width characters for message, 15 full-width characters for title), it will also be displayed on the "Photo Panel 02" screen. In image playback, 16 different switching patterns such as fade and wipe can be used. In addition, a new function "photo delivery" is also available, and if you select your favorite genre, photos of animals and landscapes of world heritage sites will be delivered regularly.

To use the "Photo Panel 02", you need to sign up for the "Letter Photo Service" (210 yen per month) and the dedicated rate plan "Fixed Rate Ubiquitous Plan" (490 yen to 9765 yen per month). As a campaign price, the "Letter Photo Service" is free until December 31st, and the "Fixed Rate Ubiquitous Plan" is limited to 980 yen. In addition, the "flat-rate ubiquitous plan" is 0.084 yen per packet and includes free communication for 1,000 packets.
