Trend of FPD for in -vehicle monitor -JDI secures 2nd place
FPD shipments for in -vehicle monitors in 2021 increased by 26 % year -on -year.Among the FPD manufacturers for in -vehicle monitors, Tianma is the top, Japan display (JDI) is second, but BOE expanded in third place and approaches the top two companies.However, the share of fourth place and lower share are competing, and the tendency of FPD suppliers is increasingly decentralized.At the destination, Continental, the leader, lowers the share, while the manufacturers with the second place or less are lined up narrowly, and the Tier 1 manufacturer continues to be diversified.

In 2021, the large display increased by 5 % year -on -year on a area basis, up 10 % on a quantity basis.On the area basis, it increased in all categories, including 26 % increase in PC shipments.The rapidly growing tablet, up 65 % in 2020, returned to 5 % in 2021, when remote learning was settled.On the quantity basis, the number of TVs has been reduced by 3 % for TV, and it has continued to grow negative as in 2020.China's large panel shipment share (area basis) is a majority of 54 % in China, 21 % in Taiwan, and 17 in Korea..Follow 5 % and 7 % in Japan.By company, BoE, the world's largest FPD manufacturer, is the top share, and China Star and Korean LG DISPLAY continue.
